The Future is Unwritten

We are just back from seeing the movie about Joe Strummer and it was absolutely amazing. What a man; what a life. Such a shame he is no longer around to create music, art and poetry and to influence peoples' lives.

This entry was written a couple of weeks ago, but since my laptop seems to take aaaaaages to do anything, I have more or less given up using it. This is just another attempt at keeping this little blog as well as commnication with friends and family alive and kicking.

Sunday Sunday Here Again a Walk in the Park

We took the boat to Williamstown today, which turned out to be a great little trip down the Yarra. Once there, we had the obligatory Fish and Chips and it was yummy. I then dragged Will a fairly long way to get to a shop I had read about. Of course, when we finally got there, the place was closed. So we got on the train back to North Melbourne, went home and had a great Sunday arvo snooze. Lovely.

Spring is in the air

We have even had a 25 degree day, which is quite scary as summer should still be far, far away. Today I wore thongs for the first time in months. That was quite scary too; white, pale, pasty feet is not a particularly good look!
